I've been after a clean, chrome, Morales Flatland frame for years, and finally able to build one of my "Grails"!
To be honest, I didn't know much about these beauties until a few years ago. Then I saw one. The beautiful twin top tubes, and crazy raised, lower rear chain stay, made me do a deep dive on them only to find out that Bob Morales was the designer and owner. Being I'm a huge 90s GT/Dyno guy, and Bob being the mastermind behind Dyno, Auburn, et.al., It was all over. HAD to have one. Generation wasn't as important as condition, and had to be my favorite color... Chrome!
Sorry, I digress, but here is the "finished" product. Built from a frame only and parts acquired over the years, she is purpose built custom, to the way I dreamed her up. Some parts are OG, some are One-off customs, and some are tributes. But ALL the parts are RAD 🤘
