Another rare, early freestyler!

This build actually started a long time ago with just a simple set of MSC Styler stickers I bought back in 1999. 7 years later, after collecting many different parts, I finally decided to build the bike up.  Here it is.


Here's a breakdown of its build:

Frame / Fork: MCS Styler – original chrome / original factory sticker set applied

Handlebars: MCS Freestyle – original chrome

Stem: MCS Freestyle - 4 bolt – NOS, prior to building

Grips: A'me Tri's - NOS, prior to building

Headset: Tioga – NOS, prior to building

Mags: Skyway Tuff Wheel II's – NOS, prior to building

Tires: Haro Multisurface - Front and Rear NOS, prior to building

Brakes: Dia-Compe – Nippons – Front and Rear – NOS, prior to building

Levers: Dia-Compe Tech 6 - Locking - NOS, prior to building

Cables: Generic - NOS, prior to building

Detangler: ACS Rotor – NOS, prior to building

Pedals: SR – NOS, prior to building

Crank: Sugino CT 3-piece – NOS, prior to building

Chainring: Sugino – NOS, prior to building

Seat: Viscount Dominator – NOS, prior to building

Seat Post: GT - Laid-back – 4130 Cro-mo – used

Seat Post Clamp: Suntour – NOS, prior to building
