1986 Kuwahara Bravo KT

1986 Kuwahara Bravo KT

Replica of my last rider bike. Yes, they made a few chrome ones....

Since I've been re-bitten by the BMX bug, this is the bike I've dreamed about.  To the best of my memory, this is a replica of my last rider bike.  Most people think that they never made Bravo KT's in chrome, but if you look hard enough you'll find pics of some of their pro's on one.  Mike Loveridge for one.  I broke my 1985 Dyno frame and the shop that sponsored us had a chrome Bravo KT frameset on the wall, so I swapped out the framesets.  When I was in my early 20's, my bike was stolen from my garage and I wasn't too worried about it at the time since my riding days were behind me.  I found this frameset in nice survivor shape and had it chromed since it seems I will never find an original chrome one.  It's not a typical flashy freestyle bike, but I still think it's awesome!  I hope to find some pics of my old bike one day to confirm some of the parts I used.
