Rare FTW (Frank The Welder) Jalapeno Cruiser

I picked this bike up in 2005 from an ebay seller located in Arizona. I believe it was built for a specific rider in the later 90's, but I no longer know the name. Based on the "Landis Racing" stickers on the inside chainstays he may have been associated with them. The frame is aluminum, powder coated black, and does not have a serial number. It was built with all top notch racing components. The only change I made was to swap out the aluminum Answer fork for the GT Stiletto. Weird move I know, but I had other GT parts I was going to swap out to make it more homogenous. I eventually abandoned the idea and was too lazy to take the time to switch the fork back prior to these pics :). I got two sets of Jalapeno frame stickers from Pat Blackburn years ago, but haven't been able to locate the correspondence from him with the info on the bike. If anyone knows more about this bike's history please let me know.
