1985 Haro Master
One of my original bikes from B.I.T.D.
From the first time I saw this bike in Freestylin', I knew I had to have one. To me back then, this bike not only screamed freestylin' but was the poster child for freestyle bikes. Who that was / is into 20" bikes doesn't know what this bike is? It is probably the most collected / reproduced / restored freestyle bike out there.
I saved up money for the better part of 1985 to get this bad boy. I can't count the number of lawns mowed / cars washed / cans and bottles recycled (yeah, I'm that old) / and other odd jobs to make money to buy this scoot. I rode it for almost a year before I blew out my knew ramp riding. About a year later, I went on to another bike as my regular daily rider (my 1987 GT PFTTM). I could never see getting rid of it and probably never will. Oh yeah, don't forget to look at the last picture below. I've got almost all my receipts from all the bikes / parts I bought in the 80's. Yes, I AM A PACKRAT!
