1997 GT Performer
Upon purchasing this bike was painted in a dark blue metalcast spray paint. Purchased in an auction with another bike, and rebuilt it because it was missing some OG components. I installed Tektro caliber brakes, Sugino 44T sprocket, GT racing one piece crank and pedals, 1980’s era mag or safe lite mags (need a wet sand and clear coat), temporary install of a drainpipe seat post and a Tioga Spyder seat, brand new A’ME grips, KMC Z410 chain, upgraded to Tange BB, although it still has OG GT Elite stem, seat post clamp, and handle bars, headset (aside of the removal of the gyro). Last 3 pictures are how I picked it up. Had the 1997 GT Vertigo sprocket, rims, and had the original grips (in ripped condition), as well as a rear bulldog brake with an odyssey rx-3 rear brake lever.
