1985 GT Pro Performer

An attempt to recreate the bike of my youth...sort of!

At 45, this is literally the first bike I have ever built, a somewhat replication of the 85 performer that was stolen back in the day from me (after countless times of being stolen and me somehow getting it back) because I lent it to a friend and they left it in front of a store and it disappeared.  Like a lot of us on here, I always missed that special bike.  Was able to source a frame and forks here from NoPosers15 early during the COVID lockdown, got a few things from Chip at at C4 labs, had a few things powdered and slowly sourced parts for it.  Tried to keep it as OG as possible, but did add some newer parts as well just to make it more affordable and to finally finish it...for now!
