What can I say? I needed a road bike to do some distance riding. This bike has been in the works since August of 2008. It took quite some time to amass all of the parts, and another good while getting the custom flame and decal job done by Dave Sem, but all well worth the wait. This thing rides like a dream! The lower profile tires give it a 26 feel when it's pointed straight, but in the turns it's all 29. I put 700c's on it, because basically a 29 rim is a 700c, and because I wanted to run some skinnier, higher pressure tires. Check the crazy cammo pattern on the Sweetskinz. And they're reflective, too!
