Yes. The drop outs are perfectly straight. No dents, cracks or anything other than the finish being nicked and scraped. I did try to touch up some of the scrapes and nicks in the finish with a black paint pen. Not the best job but I originally intended on completely refinishing these but I have since found different forks that I ended up using instead.

I have no idea. I bought these used myself. I'd say they are maybe 3 years old, judging from the condition but I couldn't guarantee that.

No markings. When I originally bought these, the ad said they were Eastern Ultralights but we figured out that they never made Ultralights with 990 mounts so they are probably not Ultralights. But, when I searched for Eastern Ultralight forks, every pic I found, the dropouts were the same and also, the way the bottom of the fork legs angle in was the same. That's about all the info I have about them.

I wouldn't say it's neon. It is a bright yellow, though. In person it's probably a bit darker than the pic. I bought it for a yellow build that I had and it was too bright. :lol:
