.Hi there,Very nice F/F-Set Is this a "Made in USA" Dyno or Taiwan made?
Thx in advance! You might find an engraving at the vertical edge of the crossbeam in front of the seat post tube...I think... Like this:http://bmxmuseum.com/forsale/dynokit5_blowup.jpg
OK! Here in Germany it's 02:07 PM...
.Exactly the same F/F-set here behind me in my office...really beautiful and rare, due to the decals I think What serial number does it have?
In this context I have to attach a clock on this F/F-set and set it to Eastern Standard Time (six hours back)... If not, I have to set to China Standard Time (eight hours forward)... I'm living nearly 3 and a half hour away from Wolfsburg; but my car was born near Stuttgart...and it's not a Porsche... Sorry, another question: Is these F/F-set (full, downtube, maintube) Cr-Mo?
.Hm, it's a little bit confusing for an European guy to understand the USA Standard relating to "manufactured", "made" or "built" in USA... I Think the meaning for "Built in USA" is that not all parts of these F/F-set are made in USA (maybe oversea) but all parts are assembled in USA - could this be?In any case, could You tell me the shipping costs to Germany, please?
Is the frame really 100% full 4130 Chromoly? Most informations I can get saying Hi-Ten Steel; just fork in 100% full 4130 Chromoly...
Cruelly, that You don't sell outside the States
Hi there, Can You find a date or further informations ( like Cr-Mo ) stamped in the shaft? RegardsMichael
Not sure... Is this downtube decal on chrome or clear background?Definitely NOS and no repro?
All links gone...
Would You like to ship to Germany?
Seems that the stamp shows "1998" instead of "1988"
Hm, looks like an unstamped GT Performer handlebar...
Dibs! PM send
WOW - I will take five of it Really nice present - lucky buyer!
For explanation:You have to drill holes in each dropout to mount a screw in it.The screw works as a fix point to provide an adjustable distance to the axle of the rear wheel sustained by each tensioner. Then you can mount the tensioners "washer-like" on the axle of the rear wheel (by using the hole in each tensioner).Rotating the tensioners varies the distance to tension the chain - that's it
On which place have you found the stamp for the date 1994?
Still available?What length, please?
Aero Pro Burner are Tange-made, Japan (particularly the shape of the chain stays are Skyway TA like). But this one here is made in Nottingham, England (has only aero tube design for upper/lower tube and the fork). This frame is full Cr-Mo (see brake bridge); fork (see closed ends), too.Relating to the year you can find the serial stamped at the rear side of the seat tube First letter...N > NottinghamSecond letter... monthA - JANB - FEBD - MARE - APRG - MAYH - JUNK - JULL - AUGM - SEPN - OCTP - NOVS - DEC2,3,4,5,6 etc = the year 82, 83 and so on As a result this set says Raleigh Burner "Mark 2" (Mk2) out of July, 1984 to me.Maybe an "Ultra Burner" or a "Super Tuff Burner" (both with stripped transparent black/gold coating), because of the full Cr-Mo frame... http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/raleigh/83817
I have a pair with blue cages (NOS) - maybe I'll also let them go...
No, this one is a tribute set - Repro of the Master out of 1986, am I right!?
Why you won't let this beauty jumping overseas to Germany... to his Dad, this means: to me
Nice one Have the same here in green (NOS)
Damn, I'm in need of a stem like this for my 26" GT Performer
Jepp, I also would say Skyway "EZ Bar" out of middle 80's
Because of the two separate knurling rings at the clamping area. Also the welds are fine to me.Originals must be 27,5" width (about 70cm) - and not just 27" (about 68cm) like some copies. I have a copy and a NOS Skyway EZ Pro Bar here:Compared with the original the copie is shorter, heavier and shows striking bulging weldings. Also there are holes at the lower side of the cross beams (near to the welding zone). Not sure, but your handlebar seems to be free of those holes, right!? Hope that will help
Awesome original package
Tech 7 would be decuple
What a nice waste of BMX parts
THE frameset I've driven in those days....
