Re: 1995 ELF Doublecross Pro

its an 8 out of 10. the stickers are slightly chewed and there are nicks and flaws in the finish, which is why i am looking into having it stripped down to chrome and refinished in teal with new stickers. i got the frame for $125 and the seat and bars i traded for a raleigh rampar frame.

Thanks for the offer- seems like things are coming together faster than i thought. The only 2 major expenses i forsee are cranks and having wheels built.
