Huffy Thunder Road
My latest is a 1977 Huffy Thunder Road. Found in an old barn just outside Boston. Missing number plates but in very good shape.

Thanks
I was happy to find it. It is very similar to one I had. Dad bought it brand new. Had it 3 days and some jerk stole it.

Re: 1977 Huffy Thunder Road
I had mine for too long and probabaly put too much money into fixing it; but it was all I had until I could save up enough for an 88 Haro. I painted it, added parts, changed the seat, etc. Good memories....

Blast from the past! Would love to ride that baby up to the store for a 6 pack. Priceless.

Re: 1977 Huffy Thunder Road
Nice find!
Does anyone know if they made a Thunder Road with a #9 Plate just on the handle bars? We used to jump the one I had on the "dirt trails". The frame eventually cracked between the head tube and down tube and we ended up leaving it in the woods to die. I miss that bike.

Re: 1977 Huffy Thunder Road
I love these bikes. Never owned one, though. My dad always rode a Haro in the nineties so I inherited his 94 Master, and I.ve been riding it ever since!![]()
I need anything mid school Haro
