1998 GT Show

1998 GT show. The first year for these bikes this was the only year they made them in polished aluminum finish.

This ends my collection of shows with this final bike, or atleast that's what I told my wife wink
I'm just looking for some decals and some small odds and ends if anyone has anything. I don't need any crank legs as everyone seems to have these and offers them to my daily.  So if you have anything Show related please let me know.

Re: 1998 GT Show

Did you get it already? Wow! Great!

I just found the Upper Gyro cable on my basement floor this morning. I must have forgot to put it in the box. Should I still send it out to you?

Carl

Re: 1998 GT Show

Its got a few more scratches then I thought and the show decals on the TT are rough but its still in good shape. Overall I'm happy with it.  I'm building a new office and I can't wait to put all three of them on display in it.. big_smile

Re: 1998 GT Show

It would be awesome if you could find the 2001 Show frame and then built it up and had all 4 different years of the show.

Re: 1998 GT Show

I was under the impression that there were only three years of the show, and these are all three of them. 98' Ball-Burnished, 99' Frost Blue, and 2000 Black Gold Dust.

This is the information I've found from a few years of research on these bikes as I've been searching for them for a long time.  On this site there is a listing that refers to his as a 01' model but that's just because he doesn't have it correct.

For further information about this I also invite you to review  www.Bikepedia.com as they have great information as to each year model bike and its components. If you know more then please let me know, let the new hunt begin!! ahhaahaa.

Thanks, Doug.
