Do you think maybe it’s a Goosemoose Team? If so, how much is it worth????

Crap, I just double checked. It isn’t a Goosemoose Team after all. No SF stamp on the bottom bracket, and the top and down tubes aren’t fluted sad

It's a stupid kids bike, the color makes it perfect for a 9 year old girl. There's many areas where the tubes come together to form a "v" for vaginas only. For the sake of my manhood and to save embarrassment, I'd want someone to that off my hands asap.

Re: Help identify this frame! (but give only wrong answers)

I love how this thread is full of dudes proudly thumping their chests while displaying their ignorance.

go ahead and bray louder dumbasses, you are still WRONG!!1!

This is *OBVIOUSLY* a Italian-made 1990 Bianchi Formula Five 20 inch wheel 12 speed. They made these to capitalize on the 'formula bike' fad of the late 80's / early 90's.

The part all y'all are having difficulty with is that someone powdercoated it and re-decaled it to look like a Guerciotti Tourismo - that's the deal with the 'GT' sticker where the down tube meets the head tube.

This would look sweet built up with a full Campagnolo Super Record group, with the addition of a Delta brake.

Definitely my friend's old 1972 Zike Bike. Here's a photograph of me riding it back in 2019:

Re: Help identify this frame! (but give only wrong answers)

Come on guys, is no one else seeing the label on the frame "GT"?  Back in the day there was a very brief merger between the bicycle manufacturers Giant and Trek.  This was doomed from the start as there was too much ego between the two companies and they came out with a prototype bmx frame, but only one was ever made.  That was the one pictured at the beginning of this thread.  The serial number reads GT-TG FS0001.  It is the Giant-Trek Freestyle or as some call it the Trek-Giant Freestyle.  They constantly argued over which bicycle company would be mentioned first on the frame.  After another day of disagreement, the Trek folks stormed off.  It was at this time that the Giant folks brought out their decal set and labeled it the GT Freestyle, thus Giant produced their name first which really pissed the Trek folks off!  As anyone can see where this is going, the merger folded and it was the end of the Giant-Trek Freestyle bmx.  It is a really sad story about what happens when people cannot compromise.  It just so happens that this frame was discarded in the company dumpster.  One of the company's cleaning crew members, a young man named Gary Turner pulled it out of the dumpster and the rest is history.  It is said that this frame has never been built....Believe it or Not!

Re: Help identify this frame! (but give only wrong answers)

I just spoke with the previous owner, and I’m not sure if this helps at all, but he SWEARS this was one of the frames used by Cru Jones during the mine cart chase scene in BMX Bandits and the Temple of Doom back in ‘85. Maybe that doesn’t get us any closer to cracking this riddle, but if he is correct (and I have no reason to doubt him), we had better start warming up the pause button on our DVD players...
