Blue tuff II's...how rare.
How rare are blue tuff II's,
They are not coming up at all in the uk.
Could you post your builds with blue tuffs on just to prove that they do exist.
Thanks guys, can't wait to see them.

They seem to be pretty scarce over here too, especially when it comes alloy flange versions, you don't see many red or yellow up for sale either! It's true that they made 100s of thousands but over the last twenty something years how many still exist?
Looking for some reasonably priced Revcore parts for a Hutchins build.
Always looking for nice SKYWAY parts & gear.

Re: Blue tuff II's...how rare.
I had blue Tuffs with the steel flanges when I was a kid.
The rear was some sort of cog freewheel thing.

See, I told you. There are thousands of boys and girls on the museum that own tens of thousands of bikes and only 1 picture has been posted, there might have been many made but not many exist.

These are new(ish) ones. You can easily purchase a set if new ones are acceptable.

Re: Blue tuff II's...how rare.
I agree, I think finding a set of nice freewheel steel/aluminum flange Tuffs is not an easy thing to do. Especially if you don't want a converted coaster or a set with the hubs replaced. Here are mine on my boys bikes and a spare set I picked up not too long ago.

I always liked tuffs. I never raced them but have always had them on one bike. To me, SKYWAY metal flange tuffs are the 80's. I remember the first set I bought when I was 13 for $45. I rode 20miles on my bike to pick them up and rode back 20 miles with the box sitting on the top tube of my Diamond Back Senior Pro. That was a long ride home but a very happy day for me.

I only really like the aluminum flanged ones as there the ones I remember best..
I have a black set and a yellow set aswell,
Thinking about it, white tuffs don't come up often either.....
