i was ripped off by mark petterson of sweeden, its a very long story but item was damaged either in transit or intentionally. paypal filed a chargeback against my credit card and did not force the guy to return my very expensive frame set and the whole ordeal cost me almost 2,000 dollars.   

he tryed to become a member here a year or so later and listed a complete bike for 5,000 i quickly told everyone not to deal with him and he was banned. 

 
tell them you will only take money orders or gift payments now.

It only tracks it to port in US, as soon as it leaves the country tracking is over. You have to ship express to get a tracking info all the way to the destination. It's usually not that much more costly.

That is the first thing I did was to call paypal   they pretty much told me I am funked     they told me that there is no way to confirm the delivery       Do not ship USPS using paypal as a payment to any International buyer you will not be protected

There is more to the story. We are working on this still right now and I can tell you I would have no problem shipping to the buyer in this situation.

We need to stop this slander Mr. restoredperfection. All of it. There are 2 sides to this.
