Thanks guys, so what's everyone running on the front? Too lazy to look on a gear chart. Bike is built waiting on my wheels. Also started building my speed wagon cruiser.

I was asking my friend Scott about the Revenge wheel set and he mentioned this if it helps any of you with wheel/spoke/hub concerns :
Scott : Yeah I measured the spokes they can be reused with profiles
the gearing works out to be 25x10 or 28x11 or 30x12 , I think I will re-lace my elites into the 22 rims .

That's awesome , yeah he's a lifer of the dirt & trails and I figured his info might help someone with concerns . He is a lurker on her and I've tried to get him to post...lol . He had one of the first Native Trendkill's built with all US Made parts and I believe still has it along with a bunch of rad setups . ![]()

Re: S&M fans, who's gonna buy the new 22" Holmes?
I am going to rebuild my rear wheel with a 10 t tree hub so I can have more choices with the front sprocket.
However I think a 23,24,25 x9 will work for most setups.

Before with KK hub:
After with Madera hub:
Just a head's up for those of you replacing with a Madera or Profile hub:
You need to tighten the drive-side spokes 2-3 full turns more than the non-drive side to compensate for the differences in flange sizes and distances. This will help get the correct dish.

30T. After that, you're messing with the chain alignment.

Re: S&M fans, who's gonna buy the new 22" Holmes?
A while back the guys over on the Skyway TA 24" thread were wondering who would get the first frame and some of them thought it would be a big deal for collecting purposes, posterity, bragging-rights, etc. I don't care much for that kind of thing as I am a rider and not a collector. I don't have a problem with people who are down with that kind of thing, it's just not a big deal for me.
With that being said, as I was putting together the shop/tester 22" Holmes, I recorded the serial number for our records. The # is: G2P001. Not sure if it actually is the first production model, but those of you who care about these things can mull it over.
I'll post pics tomorrow when we have the daylight on our side.

Re: S&M fans, who's gonna buy the new 22" Holmes?
Had to go back and look at the picture. I notice it now that you said something. Sick. I was thinkin of using my enduro with tabs on my holme but the stem just doesn't tighten down enough with the tabs being on there, so I'll probably end up using a lil redneck with a plate.

Re: S&M fans, who's gonna buy the new 22" Holmes?
They quit making the stems with tabs because they all cracked. The tabs create strength at the bottom and torque applied on the bolts is uneven. I have a couple of rednecks and enduros but prob will never use them on anything except a show bike.
