First of many my friend! I'm icing my shoulder right now because I just finished my PT exercises. One of these days I'll learn how to transition from one side of a spine to the other... Haha!

i cracked my clavical and didnt even hurt i rode the day after that with my sling on then before that i jumped went over my bars then smacked my head against the ground and seen stars fly past me , this is just my first time falling on my new bike and also im learning to i dont have any parks in my town so im just street and i goto the track some times

lol, thanks, man.  I was progressing super slow until I moved to SD.  Riding with guys like Gary Young, Chad Kerley, and Dennis Enarson, and all the unknown amazing riders here has helped/encouraged/forced me to progress a lot faster than I was on my own.  I've literally learned something new every day I've rode since I moved out here.  I learned 180 bars and air out bars Friday.  My advice to anyone wanting to improve, is find good riders and hang around them if you can.

thats what i did and i got my manuals down then started doing endos to fakie and now im practicing on my 180 fakies i cant get the fakie part down but i got the 180 motion down

It's nice getting to the park early so you can try some of the things you wouldn't normally try with all the other people around. But be sure and take someone with you, or put your phone in your pocket in case you have a bad spill!

Technology and bike geometry has progressed soo much in the last few decades that I don't understand why anyone who calls themselves a real rider wouldn't want to take full advantage of it. I love my newschool bikes, they just feel right.
