20" PK loop WITHOUT the wishbone seat mast junction! In candy blue with gold lettering, please.
How about chrome Landing Gear with colored frames for those of us craving chrome? I always liked that look, especially on the quads.
From what I know, all future loop PK's will feature the seatstay junction like the one on the 2013 Floval.
TL has heard, and he will "Make it happen".
I want to add, if it's in even possible. A retro styled Race Inc style aluminum frame, in any size with anno paint.
Now there is a partnership that NEEDS to happen.
Forget the Murray Mauler colaboration, let's bring back Race, Inc. ![]()

I cant speak for everyone but to me it looks out of place. It smacks of new school and (in my opinion) kills the retro vibe.

Try and make more separate framesets available. It is still tough to cough up 6-7 large all at once vs. doing a build up.

I check the WTB section almost everyday, please try and do the same.
You may hook someone up and make some money to buy more parts.

SE in the drop outs is cool - 26 PK would be cool but don't drop the Cro-Mo OM to do it.
I would suggest laying the seattube back a little more like a Firemans on all 26" & 29" bikes, it rides so much better for someone 5'10" or taller!
Please no caliper brakes! Some things are better left in the past.....

No calipers, no SE drop cutouts, nix the wishbone on the PK, loop everything as appropriate. Totally personal choice, but avoid white and/or red. I hate all of that on the '13s personally and wouldn't buy one for that reason.
That said, at this time I would only be interested in a 24" loop Quad. Guess I'll have to look for a used older one. The Floval is such a boring looking bike, I'm surprised they're so popular.
I like the SE's in general though. I miss my OM Flyer.

Thanks a TON for all of the feedback & suggestions. I have read them all & you can see my comments below based on your posts:
-We tried to do a chrome 24in Quadangle a few years back. But with all of the intricate/hidden areas, it was impossible to get a good chrome job. So we had to scrap the idea.
-Chrome bikes in general are HUGE pain. The chroming process is very bad very for the environment & there are many regulations to make the process safer, but in turn makes for a sub-par chrome job. Especially in Asia. Chrome parts do not have as much as an issue as chrome frames. Nonetheless, do not hold your breath for any chrome bikes for the 2014 line of bikes.
-Maybe we’ll do one of our alloy bikes in a high polish instead of ball burnished. What ya think?
-I like the idea of the Trickmaster. Not sure about adding it to the 2014 line, but the wheels are turning for 2015…
-I also like the idea of a 24in or 26in Freestyle Quad. But this too may have to wait.
-If you guys aren’t diggin’ the SE cut-outs in the dropouts, we’ll get rid of ‘em! Please chime in.
-This one’s for Ministock101: There will be no TL-88 in the 2014 line-up. I’m engaged now. LOL
So…
Without any further ado, these are the bikes I am thinking of for the 2014 SE Retro line-up:
20in Quad Loop (I think it’s about time for its return)
24in Floval Flyer (I think that this bike will be a homerun for us & I’d like to continue with it)
26in PK Ripper Loop (I am feeling this one!)
29in Big Ripper (this bike will remain a staple in the line)
What ya think!?
Todd, Thanks for the reply regarding the SE cutouts but why no comments on the PK wishbone versus old school seatmast design?. This has been brought up in my SE threads and it seems as though you guys are deliberately staying mum on it. Can we get an answer on it? I know it seems like a small deal but a few people in this thread have addressed it. The whole reason why we choose to buy these bikes is because of the connection to the past bikes.
Need parts for a 1985 Haro Master.

Pretty straight forward to me.
But in case there is any doubt, Todd has told me straight out that it is something he wants to make happen on future Loop PK's.
Hang in there bud. ![]()
In my opinion, it's these small things that keep the SE retro line interesting from year to year.
Todd has told me that in all the years that SE has put out these retroes, no one has ever told him in person that particular seat stay junction was something fans wanted to see. And I don't recall reading any posts about it, either. He put it on the Floval, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
I can't believe Todd wouldn't put in on PK, now. ![]()

Hey Todd I have request about the pads. Can you guys please make some bar pads that actually fit a some handlebars. The two sets I do have, the bar pads just spin and flop all over the handlebars, the pad is not wide enough and it is too large diameter for the bars.

Shorten the TT length of the 24" Quad to 21" (save weight, more aggro) and a steeper HT angle for quicker steering/better handling.
edit: also a chain-stay length/axle position closer to 15" with a 2.125 tire would be an improvement.

I'd like to see a return to the internal headsets on the team bikes. I just think integrated headsets on aluminum frames are not a such good idea for the long-term use of the frame.
