Shipping From Germany
I bought some stuff last month from Germany, the first package got here in just over a week. The second had more parts so the shipping was alot more. So I got him to ship it the slower and cheaper way. It's still not here anyone have any idea how long it might take?
Wanted 1989 aggressor even cracked frame. Got one now, I have all them, now what to buy?

Re: Shipping From Germany
Could take 3 to 4 weeks if they put it on a boat. I use to ship tons of early VW parts here. Add more time if they get hung up in customs.

Re: Shipping From Germany
Most likely being held at customs, if the declared value was a decent amount expect additional time as well as a fancy invoice from revenue Canada, payable in 1 installment. ![]()

If he put down handgrenade it might not be coming. There is a set of standard handgrenade pegs in the box.

Re: Shipping From Germany
Canada Customs is REALLY funny, in the sense that your shipping destiny lays in the hands of ONE individual. It goes through, unmolested, or it does not. And then who knows after that.
In my experience, receiving things from Europe in 90 days or so is not unheard of. It's the longest I've waited, and that was for a Toque! It usually shouldn't be that long though.
So hang in there. At the very least, you can ask for a customs # JUST to confirm it was shipped. If it was, it'll get there eventually.

Also, if it crosses the border on the west coast, it'll be quicker. If it crosses in an eastern Province, that'll slow it down.
