Are Cook Brothers really that rare :)
So I went on the 33rd annual Santa Barbara Fiesta Cruiser ride today. decided to try and get a piciture of every Cook Brothers I saw. I was not able to capture all of them. But here is what I came up with. Hope you like the bikes, my pics could be better.

Wanted: OG 26" Bottema forks, OG 2nd gen Profile cranks 180, OG Torker cruiser bars, Titron pedals, Demco/Reedy pedals/cages, OG Prodyne bars. Black Haro series 1 plate, KKT LMX or Suntour MP-1000 pedals in red or blue, Mint Sugino 42t chain rings (blue), 26" Gary LittleJohn forks. Drive side Redline 401 crank arm in 185. Cook Brothers frame pad in blue.

That's nuts and the cruiser with the Uniclamp stem also has cooks pedals thats the 4th pair that I have seen ever

Sometimes rare is used to often! Tons of bike people call rare and fetch all the cash! I have three bmx bikes that there is less than ten out there and there not worth much! Don't get it???

24 and 26 cruisers are pretty rare,i saw lots of 20's bitd in So Cal,i remember the main guy who raced a Cook Bros 26 Jeff Gingrich[not sure on the spelling]he was one of the first top 26 racers bitd and raced with his elbows out so you could not pass,so i think that is why those cruiser bars are so wide,i think in 80 or 81 they made everyone cut there bars down to 29 inches or less,maybe because of Jeff.

whats up with bike picture 4( the one with the red white and blue fork sticker) and picture 11(the uniclamp and cbr pedal treat) the top tube appears to not really curve . are they one of the 25 29ers? or later cook"s ? anyways thanks route66 nice work camera guy. i got to stay home and feel like i only half missed it.!
