i'll most likely be using parcelforce international from my local post office as it will be my first time possibly sending to this size of distance. so i'll stick with them until i get more experience.
but it's mainly restrictions i'm after, as i don't want somethimng not being delivered because it's to large or something else.
thank you both for the advice on UPS.

Re: advice needed on shipping
I have shipped several times to UK and Australia and have never had one problem with USPS. If shipping a complete I suggest doing it with 2 boxes. 1 box for the frame and the other box everything else. Will save you much money. Learned the hard way. I first had the complete bike all packed up in one box. Went to the PO and the total came to $396.00. Said no and took it back home and repacked into 2 boxes and the cost was $196. Saved $200.00.

It is great to see that you would do that, so many members just won't ship to Oz etc, and it's frustrating! Need to be more sellers like you mate!

Re: advice needed on shipping
i just want to look in to things so i'm at least a little prepared for what may happen.
it's way out that sending 2 boxes works out cheaper than all putting in to 1 box
