You don't need one if your head set came with a "star nut".
I got Profile stem lock from Ed for the peace of mind. Fromwhat I hear it's the best way to go, if your gonna ride hard!

In case your question wasn't already answered, no.  The top of the stem lock replaces the headset's top cap.

I'll have to see. Most of my 20" are a shy short so that's why I got laid back so I don't Chicago my cruiser bars.

Unless you are over 6'6", or have arms like an ape, a layback seatpost on a frame with a 22" toptube is gonna be overkill.

Chrome frame. I want black too for my black and chrome 20" TA.
