Id say 70s. They're still in business http://www.stronglight.com/stronglight/accueil.php

I do most of my mod work via cell phone at work. This line from Pulp Fiction sums it up: The Wolf: "If I'm curt with you, it's because time is a factor. I think fast, I talk fast"

Stronglight aluminum headsets were pretty popular for minis down here back in the day.

Stronglight cranks were standard road bike issue on a number of European brands throughout the 70's, particularly the Frenchies.

Re: Anyone hear of Stronglight cranks?
yes, I have a new stronglight a9 mini headset coming in. I swear they are the best for mini/jr bikes. I was looking for pics of stronglight with google and seen cranks. I can imagine they are cool looking cranks.

I checked them already, regular 9/16 pedal bosses, square taper for the bb is normal....only thing off is the bcd for the chain ring, but I have the original chain ring.....none of my other chain rings will fit, lucky I have the og......RP
