Patterson Pro Bars: 4130 Chromoly, 8-3/4" Rise - 28" Wide
No Stamp, Relatively High Crossbar (compared to GT)

Standard / Cruiser Bars: 4130 Chromoly, 6-3/4" Rise - 28" Wide
Junior Bars: 4130 Chromoly, 4-3/4" Rise - 22" Wide

No patterson bars had knurling.  the so called japan versions are just generic bars with patterson decals.

off my survivor 1985 patterson pr200P  PRO BARS , last model they made , and remember this survivor comes with UNKNURLED bars... i dont think patterson made some knurling bars wink

non knurled size is 29 x 9 , crossbars height 7 1/2 from bottom to top of the crossbar, or 7" center to center, crossbar length is 11-1/2, crossbar thickness is 5/8

so that there is no more question....these are 100% authentic PATTERSON pro bars, purchased by museum member Truly OdD when he was a teenager, and he still has them smile
