OS Torker NOS Factory Helmet and Visor
NOS Factory Torker Helmet, I had a NOS Torker Visor that I had been keeping to marry up to an OS Helmet. When I saw the helmet on Ebay I snapped it up immediately.
The Torker name is embedded/painted/baked in they're not stickers. I need to get rid of some glue residue on the very top from a sticker (one that said 'M' don't know what the other one was) but am afraid to ruin the paint, any ideas?
The best part is it fits, it says medium but it fits perfectly and I have a normal sized head for a 6ft1 guy (wear a large hat).
Now all I need is a Torker 24 Cruiser so I can go to the old geezer races and come in last in style ![]()

Nice grab! If I can remember correctly at an insane price too.
The logos & designs are thick decals, that are then clear coated. To remove the residue, spray a little WD40 on a soft cloth and precede slowly. It should do the trick, but remember....never spray directly on the helmet. Sometimes the propellant used in aerosol cans can be problematic.

$150 for the helmet. I bought the visor two and a half Years ago for around $25. I give the WD40 a try. Thanks

Super Cool Helmet + Visor. You're sure to score some BMX Milfs too.

FWIW, I get WD40 in metal cans and use a refillable WD40 spray bottle (no aerosol propellants, just pressure spray)

Re: OS Torker NOS Factory Helmet and Visor
Use denatured alcohol (not rubbing or isopropyl) sprayed on a paper towel to get rid of the residue.
Lookin for black winners circle grips. Don't need to be NOS. Just decent enough for a rider.

Re: OS Torker NOS Factory Helmet and Visor
Very nice.
I just sold my original Redline visor on ebay for $85 to a fella in London, I wasnt ever going to use it and it was like new so I sold it to someone who needed/wanted it to replace the one he lost after a crash in a race when he was a kid.

Re: OS Torker NOS Factory Helmet and Visor
Boyz thanks for the compliments and the tips for the glue removal.
BlackSaturday that 24 Torker makes me drool like Homer Simpson, but it's NOS and I'd hate to be the one to UN-NOS it, if you know what I mean.
