I bought this pair of hubs...haven't lace them yet but I am seeing that I will not be able to center the rear hub in my 88 haro master frame!!! when installed in the frame the rear hub doesn't seems to be in the center it's more to the left side!! need advice.

huh? I don't see the problem.
Other than some asshat left the freewheel on the rear.

Shouldn't be an issue as long as you have an experienced wheel builder take care of em. They'll probably need to do some extra work since the aforementioned asshat left the freewheel on. After that, it's a fairly common deal to "dish" a wheel. Most wheels are dished anyway.

Would love to find an old Mad Dog, Holmes and Platform Dirt Bike. I'd like some 1st Gen Slams. I also need to find some stickers for an HAF and an early Challenger. Is anyone doing repops?

As you can note, I am new to BMX. Are these Haro Hubs are good quality? Did I make a good purchase for the price?

Awesome hubs, I have a set on my mid school Haro, BUT here's the bad news. They won't fit without grinding out the dropouts, despite what was said in the ad, the axles are not 3/8. These hubs have a 17mm hollow axle with 14mm axle bolts. They are great hubs, I have had mine for 16 years and I love them, but they are much newer than your master and they are not really rare, Haro made these for quite a few years. Yours are early ones like mine, mine are 1996 (the first year) and yours look the same so they are 96 or 97. I would say keep them for a later project and look for a set of suzue(peregrine) or joytech hubs to build into wheels
