Can anybody tell me if the UCI Random Start Cadence is trademarked or has a copyright like a book or a song does?

I've never seen where it says one way or another. But I know one track was asked to remove it from their site by the ABA a couple of years back. Seems kind of silly since there are at least half a dozen android apps with it. Were you looking for a copy or something?
