I'll be there before 8 on Saturday

i just picked up 120 hot dog buns. they are in the freezer until the show. (15 packs)

Kind of hard to tell what is still needed could you post it up and I'll pitch in more I'm going to pick up stuff Friday night?

Jasen - I've got two grills that have clogged propane lines. If you wanted to pick them up (can't fit in or on my little truck) and someone wants to get charcoal from Target to cook with, that's cool with me. Just let me know and I'll bring them around to the driveway so they're easy to grab if I'm not at home on Saturday morning.

ill be there early to set up electric and help blow the lot off.   Cant wait

24 HOURS TO GO, FOLKS.  WE ONLY REALLY NEED A FEW MORE THINGS FROM THE LIST.  WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO AWAY HUNGRY OR THIRSTY.  AT THIS POINT, THE ABOVE MEMBERS HAVE BEEN GREAT WITH THEIR CONTINUOS CONTRIBUTIONS.  MAKING FOR A GREAT EVENT.  REMEMBER, IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING THE FESTIVITIES, IE, FOOD, DRINK, AND ENTERING BIKES FOR PRIZES AND OR SWAPPING, PLEASE BRING ALITTLE SOMETHING ALONG TO THROW IN THE POT.  THIS IS A FREE EVENT, BUT A BIG BMX FAMILY BBQ.  WE WANT EVERYONE TO ENJOY THEMSELVES.

GRILLS
Coolers
TABLES
TENTS
WHO CAN BRING A PROPANE GRILL?   YOU DON'T HAVE TO COOK ALL DAY AS WE WILL ALSO WANT VOLUNTEERS TO MAN OR WOMAN THE GRILL, PREFERRABLY HALF HOUR SHIFTS OR WHATEVER YOU CAN HANDLE.  WE WANT SEVERAL GRILLS FIRED UP AT ONCE AS TO KEEP THINE BELLIES FULL WHILE PERUSING THE BIKES. WE CAN DO TIME SLOTS IF THAT MAKES IT EASIER.

WE NEED A FEW VOLUNTEERS TO COME WITH PUSH BROOMS BRIGHT AND EARLY THE MORNING OF THE EVENT TO SWEEP UP THE PARKING LOT AREA TO BE USED.  THIS IS IN EFFORT TO HAVE A SAFE AREA FOR ALL ATTENDEES TO WALK, RIDE, CRAWL OR WHATEVER YOU MIGHT DO,  WE DO NOT WANT ANY FLAT TIRES OR INJURIES.  WE WILL ALSO NEED END OF EVENT SWEEPERS AND CLEANERS TO RETURN THE LOT BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT.
