I could use a warm up ride before Philly. Are none of you other guys coming to Philly? That seems like an event that shouldn't be missed.

I don't know where everyone wants to ride, but I have a place in mind. I'd love to ride down Sligo Creek Parkway, like I used to do as a kid. I'd love to see how things have changed since I was last there. It's not the most scenic ride, but it's flat and mellow. I also heard something about there being trails near Holy Cross Hospital, which is along the way. Kemp Mill shopping center is a great place to meet up and you can jump on the path right there. I used to ride down to the Washington Adventist Hostpital and back, which is about 10 miles, but we wouldn't have to go that far(Yes, there are 2 hospitals along the route). Even if nobody wants to do that this weekend, I'd like to do it eventually. Hopefully someone will want to join me.

Mike brought a radio in his feminine purple bag and it was tripping people out all day. It seemed like everyone we passed had to turn around and see what just flew past them. I did really enjoy having music and Mike definitely had a nice playlist going. Sorry you other guys couldn't make it. No Safety Dance for you!
