what to pair up my Motomag IIs with?
Ive been holding onto these for years. Was wondering if you guys could tel me what bikes would be the correct time period. Plus which brands would these have came on? Were these put on bikes from the factory ot was this an aftermarket part? Any info would be cool.

I've got a 78 Redline MX-2 that would look hot with Motomags.

Thanks for the link. So late 70s through early 80s. How much on average would I be looking to spend for a build around these rims?

I would think you should plan on between 1 and 1.5Gs. Some of the 70s parts (likes stems, seats and tires) can be quite pricey. I can make you a good deal on that Redline if you're interested.

To be more exact in my needs. Nothing has to be NOS with this build. Parts showing age would be just fine. Ide like to stay in the correct time period but with the exception being new tires as I intend to ride.
