Looks just like the 88 Roadmaster Raider I picked up yesterday. Though the bars don't look OG. I can definitely see where the Royce Union looks the same. Maybe they were using the same frames?

yh the bar under the saddle is longer on the royce union or the other way round and serial number is BCT448686
