Who's bringing what to the swap? I've got some mid and new school stuffs, as well as an 86 PFT frameset.

Thats what we were wondering too, Woody. What are the vintage show hours....I saw the race schedule.

I think the show is just kind of there in parallel.
Not sure about scheduled judging or registration.

Just come.  It's a great track and great people.

Any of you that are wavering about coming.

- Akron BMX is the best track and best organization of BMX in Ohio.
- If you want to be enlightened about the current state of BMX racing in the U.S.  You've got to be here.
- The majority of the Akron staff and Parents are old school BMXrs themselves.
- They are actually opening a Museum or video and donated items of track members.
- the track is amazing
- The facilities are amazing
- It will be a great mix of new-school and old school
- Have you ever seen the Goodyear Blimp hanger up close?
- Sidehack races?
- Old school races
- New Schools races

I've got a few OS freestyle bikes and a couple racing framesets I'll be bringing, as well as NOS and used parts and some magazines to sell.

Bring a good amount of $$$$ because cash talks in making better deals!!!!

Vintage area is going to be in a great spot behind the moto boards, near the concession stand and the third straight.  Set up early and stay late.  It is all about fun in the sun BMX style.

So where is the registration table going to be and who do we see???

What time do we want to be there to start setting up for the Vintage Show?

If any of you guys have any of these parts - please bring them so we can work out a sale / trade:

Redline STR V-bars
Redline Brute stem
Sugino A-5 spider
KKT RMX aluminum 1/2" pedals
Peregrine seat - white

Oh, and maybe a 3-piece RL-20 padset that you just have lying around, taking up space........

That shouldn't be a problem.  Sign up, Practice, Race, or Roll the gate in motos if you want.  This is all about fun!! It will be a chance to see some old bikes and old dudes like me on the track again.  I'm only good for one lap or 2 first straights in the same day!!

We are looking forward to having everyone come out to the track and show off their stuff to the younger generations.
I think that sharing the past with the newer riders and families lets them understand just how much the sport has changed / not changed over the years.

Sean, when you get there, try to find me - this is our first show ever, so we will take all the advice we can get!
I'm sure there are areas that we did not think of or things that could be done better in the future.
If this goes well and everyone likes it, we may try to have a vintage show every year or two.
