hey burke, welcome to the Museum!

You said you used to live in Canada.... but where do you live now?

Go to the Events section and see if there's a local group ride happening in your area. That would totally get you motivated and get you back on track. I quit in 97 and tried to come back in 01, but the old school scene sucked at the time. They only had Rockford with some old farts but when I came back last year, I was surprised at how much OS BMX had grown. There are now group rides and swap meets everywhere. I'm lovin it!

42 and still riding



This was today on my 1/2 an hour lunch lol

Nearly 43 and nursing the mother of all hangovers from last night ,Ive tried grown up and I dont like it !

Thanx everybody, Ill keep riding even if my body hates it. Anybody have any tips on riding fakie?

I am 38 and still Young at Heart, 2 Redline cruzers, 20 inc GT's and redlines!........Still listening to the Crue, Ratt , Van Halen, Dokken, Def Leppard and Thanks to my wife for letting me be a kid!!! Still watch RAD once a month!!!

+1, all I think about all day is bmx, if I'm not polishing or building a bike, I'm riding, or here on the museum

same story here. I'm 28 and can't do half ofwhat I used to.

I'm 43 and can do more than I used to and progressing. My gf laughs when I say I'm old ensuring me I'm in better shape than most people my age. Its all about getting out and riding not using that crutch I'm too old.

feeling out of shape is the body's way of saying "Get out and ride!!"  after a few months you'll wonder why you ever stopped - if you're just get back into it, i have three suggestions:  stretch out before and after, tylenol, and lots of ice...  welcome back to the madness!

Thank You!  i thought it might be just a NorCal thing - when both wheels came off at once, it was a real or true bunnyhop.  i guess if you think this way then it shows your age lol!

40 in ten days...feel like im 25 thanks to my bike and friends. New school bikes help, too. I got one and never looked back...keep riding

30! ya big wuss.... im almost 45 and all the guys your age i ride with complain that they can't keep up. What's up with you kids today, man up !
