Stiffys

I have a great set of 24 pro cruiser forks. Alluminum. Gloss black -paint? 3/8" slots. 1 1/8 threadless.

They made a raw as well. These are Pro -no recesses in the legs:

They made mini's too. They did not have bottom lugs for the dropouts, but rather the fork leg was extruded out and machined.

Would Trade stuff for: Voxom stuff, Radix stem and stuff, JW and Stiffys stuff, dark blue alloy chainring bolts, Redline 36h high-flange blue rear sealed hub, Torker 24 threadless fork, cool late mid-school pro, Jr., and expert cruiser bmx parts. PLEASE PAY AS GOODS - SO I CAN SHIP TO YOU FAST. Just say "NO" to Parcel Post.

Re: Forks - Stiffys
They seemed to try every possible orientation and structure:
45* angle with extruded dropouts. I believe this is a mini to Expert cruiser set:

45* with bonded dropouts. This set is a Mini with 1" threadless aluminum steer tube:

Would love to know the evolution of these if anybody knows.

Re: Forks - Stiffys
I rode for the factory Stiffys bmx team a long time ago. Lol. Good memories! It's funny to see that stuff still floating around out there. They made forks then went into jr frames & a couple of prototype pro frames. If I remember correctly they did a small batch of some jr stems that my buddy Jeremy Head, owner and ceo of BlackFlame, designed & did the cnc work for them. Don't know much about the the business itself but I know the second owner of the company was Dave Tompson. He eventually sold it and moved on to begin working on what is now known as TNT Motorsports. As for the evolution of the forks, how they came about is something Dave might have the answer to. Find him on facebook & I'm sure he would happily give you the run down.

Re: Forks - Stiffys
Bicycler x666,
You must have riden for the Factory after Darren, the Founder of the Company sold it. I ran the Trophy Team and the Factory Team when they were based in So Cal. The first inception of the forks was a welded Triple clamp style, then the ones with the machine Drop-outs that were pressed on, then the fully extruded versions. They also made Mini, Jr. And Expert frames, Stems that were lighter than the DK mini stems, and Bars.
I have pics of the First Gen and second Gen and the Bars on Team Riders Bikes.
Darren made these special for my Daughter, to match her purple Pro-Line
