Oh my GOD I HATE THAT. I get it on CL all the time. Right now I'm looking for a car to jet around in, and I search "Corolla", and get 500 results for Civics and other cars because some jackass used a million words for maximum hits.

Not to mention they make the price range search useless. I want a car for no more than $500, they post it as $1 when in the ad they want $10k for their super amazing rice burner with a trunk full of Best Buy audio.

YOU ARE RUINING THE SYSTEM. WE LIKE THE SYSTEM. IT WAS PUT IN PLACE FOR A REASON.

Oh yeah, try VDC or GJS. less than 10% of the time either of these searches yield the companies products.

ya know what guys n gals.....i just hatehatehate that cess pit of a place, everything seems to be listed as 'rare rare rare rare rare' . Now, we all want max coverage for an item we are sellin, right........but misleadin n false advertising is just pure wrong-plain n simple.
I mean, after all, if the products ya gonna list on evelbay are that great, then an honest basic description is all it needs, after all - a good product sells itself,,,it doesnt need all this blah, "only one in the friggin world left-BIN while ya got the chance"........ or my fave hate is..."R A R E, last one left," then a wk later the dude is sellin another pffftt....IF ITS SO FRIGGIN RARE IT'D BE LOCKED UP IN THE TOWER OF LONDON, FORT KNOX OR AREA 51 U SILLY SILLY PENIS. Dont get me wrong, nothing wrong with the word 'rare', I have nothing against this word, i dont want it banished into oblivion, how on earth would i order my fave sirloin or order my T=bone off the bbq?? so i mean you no offence 'mr rare'

however, it means just that RARE....ie not many in existance, which is totall different to 'hard to come by' ....or 'not often seen for sale'. But really, we've all used it outa context or a little to frequently sometimes, me included no doubt....i suppose my real pet-hate does not come from this word...it comes from EVIL BAY n the ways in which some ppl conduct their business on it......nuke it from orbit now now now now now now now now

wow, i really feel better now i've vented that pent-up mental frustration...
Now, all i need are sum 'Leary bars' a wkd set of rims, ohh n some anti-bay pills (rare ones) 

wat i want to know is....why are certain UK peeps buying good quality items from the museum n then re-sellin it on 'evil' for crazy marked-up prices???!!! I may be wrong, but im sure ive seen this take place (on several occasions). No-one is against another individual making a few ££, but denial, bare faced lies different user names(we all have diff user names for diff sites, so in truth, that one dont really count) but come-on.....thats plain friggin deceit in my books, especially when they use different user names for the bay n the museum and then deny all knowledge....but, ya know wat, theres many different views to this kinda practice, such as:...........if the dude bought it, he can do what he wants n sell it where he wants,...OR

its no-bodys business....
im a budding 'theo paphitis' understudy entrapreneur...

err........ev1 on here is stupid, they wont know/notice its come from the museum
fck ev1 of you, im addicted to the queens currency (and her corgi dogs) or 'i dont mind aaaaas longgg aaaas iiiii gettt myyyy moneyyyyyyyyyyyy moneyyyyyyyyymoneyyyyyyyyyy..... and so onnnnn. This site and the good peeps on here have helped me achieve an 'extremely longgggg' term goal, in a space of time that is totally incompareable to the uk....infact, id be in a 'wooden box 6ft under' b4 i even got the pads if i continued loookin in the uk! FACT

This is why i dont wanna see good stuff being flooged off in this way....ending up being unused n growing cobwebs in someones bak shed or being bought and re-sold under shady names on Evil-bayuk (jeez i jus so hate that name) for stupidly, stupidly inflated costs. From wat i can see/tell, most of the peeps here are cool sellers and if they have, or buy summin they dont need then they re-list it-simple, this way EVERYONES a winner, and we can all happilly stay on the 'merry-go-round'. However, bad practices will erode, and eventually eradicate, superb sites like this, then we're all FKD:/  Actually, this is so simarlarly linked to my previous post & my view on the 'bay'.....I HATE EVILBAYIHATEEVILBAY  i think it just breeds terrible sellin (& buyin) behaviour, and from wat i can tell...iv summed it up like this...

Oh...you mean we have to "filter" out the "BS"......I 've found the BEST deals that way...Somthing is where somthing is not to be!God forbid I see a ELF when I'm looking at Freeagents!DARE YOU!!!...Light'n up!I hate EVEIL bay too...But I thank it at the same time..You just have to narrow you search down....We don't do that here!!!(we have the $20 filtters):lol:And It's like I tell EVERYONE about our GREAT country....If you don't like...Get the FU-K out!...Don't like eveilbay...Stay off it!BUY HERE!
