Skyway tuff wheels 2 question
Hello everybody!
I'm new to this forum so i'm going to introduce mycelf first.
My name is Aleksey, i live in Riga (Latvia), and I'm restoring old soviet folding bike.
It's not a BMX, but i think it's right place to ask about Skyway tuff wheels...
I'm considering using these on my bike. Always wanted these when I was a kid, but never could get or afford.
So, I want to try to fit hub gear in there (Sram i-motion 3). Well, Cut inside with original hub out, then fabricate custom bushing (aluminium or steel) to fit Sram hub in there. Probably sounds a bit crazy, but I have machine shop available for free. And before buying wheels I want to figure out everything to be sure it's doable.
Can anybody tell me what are the dimensions shown on picture? (20" wheel) I can't find this info anywhere. And there is no shop in Latvia where I can look at those wheels and take measures.

Re: Skyway tuff wheels 2 question
I have new skyway mags and it looks like A is 2 7/8" and W is 2 1/4" or A is 73.025mm and W is 57.15mm. Good luck.

Wow! Thank you for reply!
I thought diameter would be bigger though. Some cutting on Sram hub will be necessary...
