Omg, I'm on my way.

I can not sit still. I have been tested for A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. and have neither. I don't need coffee, I just need a B.M.X. or surfboard to consistently ride and I'll be happy. smile

Not sure how you'd get a criminal record for it....

They charged the two (who ran) with reckless endangerment and disobeying an officer. Wal Mart sued them to recover the money paid out for bills racked up by my friend. Garnished their wages until paid back.

All it takes is one accident, and Wal Mart's lawyers to find this thread and *poof* this site is gone. The owners of this site will get sued into oblivion. I deal with these troll lawyers all day long. It's not about what's right, it's about what a jury will believe.

But whatever. Make sure you do metal fingers in your pics so everyone will see how cool you are. \m/

Sorry, but in my job (computer forensic analyst for the Attorney General) I see this all the time, people's lives get all jacked up for no good reason. When something goes down, they go nuts trying to find ANYTHING to pin it on, right or wrong. I'd hate to see it happen here. I just think back to when my buddy's son got clobbered - stupid guys didn't intend to do it, but it happened. Some Lawyer finds this thread and it's hell for GAry. And all of us. And it doesn't even have to be related to someone who reads here, the next bike accident in any Wal Mart or Target and they will go look for anything.

And it was worse when I worked in private enterprise. Corporations are ruthless. Especially big ones. I saw a good family man lose his job once for porn on his system. Even though I proved that it came from a discussion forum for white water rafting (some idiot thought it was funny to put a poisoned link in his signature) and that he never sought the stuff out. They decided they needed to make an example so they fired him for using his business computer for non-business purposes. Kinda why I left private enterprise. I prefer to, you know, actually help put real criminals away.

Oh, and I am enjoying the threats in PM. Keep 'em coming. And remember - computer forensic guy. Attorney General's office. big_smile

Throw away a Haro Master or try to let people know that there is a such thing as unintended consequence.

Re: Show us your skills at the local Walmart, Target, etc.....

If you really think about it, this drama is the essence of what BMX is really all about...being told you can't do something on your bike; Parents yelling "Noooooo" just before you hit that 2'x 3' piece of plywood propped up by blocks...but as you leave that ramp and get airborne and experience the freedom associated w/ getting RAD, then and only then do you realize it's gonna be alright.
So I say this to all would be fun suckers of the world....its gonna be alright.

I gotta see this! Maybe I'll go to WalMart tonight, too. . . .

I don't believe in holding feedback for ransom. If you buy something from me, I'll leave you feedback when you buy. If I buy from you, I expect the same. If you wait for me (as a buyer) to leave you feedback first, before you leave mine, you won't get any.

Let me be very clear: Doing a brief trick or getting RAD does not mean you turn into a thug punk wrecking into displays on purpose or riding half way across the store at 3/4 speed. If you are the thug punk type, you're not welcome to participate in this thread. Rules change coming...

ive got the perfect solution to this
move it to the pro member section so only paid members can see it
or move it to everything else so you have to be a member of the site to see it
if you do either of these it wont come up in google searches
