If you are looking for deals on freecoaster  wheelsets there are a few listed here right now.Hard to beat $200 for a set of freecoaster wheels when the hubs almost cost that much.Also alot of helpful info on that site also .

As far as brakes go, im running evoII.Just what I had on hand when I built my flat bike.Using colored fly pads and chrome rims.Only got chrome rim because they were priced right at the time of purchase.Cranks ,I had to get short(160mm) due to my frame. 175mm would not clear the brake stays ,was hitting the frame .Tried to use spacers to clear the frame, but had too many once the arms cleared the frame for the arms to stay tight on the spindle.So I went with the KHE hindenburg.

If you get a modern flatland bike, the back end will be short. If you also get longer cranks, you will be able to hit the back peg with your foot on the pedal.

Be careful. I run 165s, and I have small feet, and I can almost have my heal on the peg and toe on the pedal.

if you want to stop niceley with your brakes always go with chrome. 

I run Odyssey Evo2 brakes with Tech 77 levers and a Snafu gyro. This setup has a very solid and smooth feel. I did have Tektro brakes and they fell apart after a few weeks. Cheap.

I run anodized rims with black pads on the front and clear pads on the back. This gives me the best overall combination for rolling, scuffing, and hopping tricks. Sorry I'm not into the whole brakeless thing and am too old to care about being trendy. I find that 36 spoke rims are fine and would recommend Odyssey Hazzard Lites.

The freecoaster is another issue. You don't want to cheap-out here. I started with a Taska freecoaster and it was junk. It would slip and this caused me to flip over the bars. I overhauled it but it didn't help so I switched to a Nankai Bamboo. This thing is slick, solid, and reliable. The only downside is that is comes with a 14mm axle so you'll probably have to grind out the frame dropouts as most frames have 3/8 slots.

For cranks I'd recommend 160mm. A flatland bike is not meant to be ridden around town and the frames are shorter than a street/ramp bike. You'll end up catching your heel between the pedal and rear peg if the cranks are too long. The shorter crank also lets you ride out of tricks easier. I run Profile Lites with GDH spindle. Very solid and made in the USA.

I dont flatland anymore but I can attest that my Evo II with Tech 77 levers on a chrome rim will stop you quick.

I like my Primo hollow bite cranks...I added Ti spindle and end caps to the cranks which made it 7oz's lighter

I recently got a new set of wheels built.  The rims I got a good deal on since they're 48's.  They are G-Sport Ribcage rims and I got them for $25 a piece off of Odyssey's site on the close out section.  Check it out.
