You read it correctly. The time is here to post your entry pictures. Rules will be listed below.

Rules:
Any bike is permitted,and size aslong as its a bmx style bike and fits in the 1 of the 2 classes.
The 2 classes for this build off are RACE and FREESTYLE.
Bike must be painted out of a rattle can,cano is ok to. Color must change from the original entry pic. Frame specificly,other parts are at your will.
Frankenbikes encouraged
1 bike per person,per class. So thats 2 bikea total per person,1 bike per class.
Build must be documented,especialy the paint process.
No tribute builds or factory spec bikes.

The point of this buildoff is to turn nothing into something. Mismatched parts,frankenbikes,etc are strongly encouraged. Get creative with the paint,and the build in general.

The rules of this submission thread:
This is for submissions only. No chatting please. There will be a link posted below for chatting,etc.
Post the pics of your entry,with what class your entering,and the year and make of the bike.
You must post 3 entry pics of the bike in this thread, These must be before pics.
This thread will close 6/01/12 so your entry must be in by then.
A finished entry thread will start 8/1/12,and close 9/1/12
In the finished thread,you must post a total of 7 pics. 3 finished pics,3 paint process pics,and 1 of the bike being ridden.

Voting,prizes,and sponsors:
Top 3 in each class will be picked by number of votes.
I will be giving prizes to the top 3 of each class.
Wired has also agreed to sponsor and give the winners some prizes.
Prizes will be revealed a little later.
The bike with the most all around votes will also win the "Frankenbike".
