i'll send some more pics. when i get a chance. but as far as how i got them. i got them on ebay. they were on a set on spin mags. there is no logo on the actual mount for the disc or mount for the brake clamp.

My mount has a groove that goes where the axle of the wheel is and thats what stops it from rocking

Amazing paint job, but terrible photos. 
You need to take it to a studio and take pro portraits of it, with a good lighting and decent backdrop. The photos don't do it justice!!! but amazing work nonetheless.

you dont need custom hubs you just need hubs that have a flip flop. there is a mount that goes onto the hub like a free wheel does.
