Not "JMC" per say BUT

Prodyne was made by the Jim's good buddy who made the first JIGS for JMC and since JMC never made a 26" He made Prodyne

notice the JMC styling

JMC dropouts and seat post tube are like JMC

It will have some new updates for Bellflower too

I'd be motivated to get this started if I could find a fork for it? I know its BEAT, but its right up my alley. I thoroughly enjoy bring beaters like this back to life. I wont be jumping off any curbs once repaired but I will definitely take it on a beach ride.

Might not make Bellflower this year....maybe next year.

I had the drop outs laser cut at work. They'll be replaced soon.

Head tube is toast. True Torch here I come buddy.

I received a few PM last night, my plan is to have- 4 maybe 6 bikes if possible at Bellflower...

thats an easy one. This is the biggest and best bike show on earth... if your true passion is building , collecting or riding you owe it to yourself ... You only live once and all the sickest bikes are in so cal where all this started.... no brainer....

It's June 2nd in Bellflower, California. Specifically, it's near the corner of Lakewood and Somerset inside the Hollywood Sports Complex.

I really wish I could make it this year, but probably won't have the time to make the trip. I watched the live video feed of last years event and even that was a blast.

Here are my three JMC's to add to the thread. The 77 is still a work in progress, the 1980 was my first build from 2007 or so, and the 1983 cruiser I finished last year. I've always admired JMC bikes and am stoked to have a few I can call my own.

Only a few- Jim said the first one was raw.. It was raced a few times and he got it back and powder it- Blue ... almost an SE blue from what I understand. This was his 2nd cruiser and Jim can't remember if it had the JMC downtube decal or the DY decal- I was up all night look for a picture- if anyone finds one hit me up!!

I feel like a worm, JMC has been my #1 bike for a long time and I haven't posted anything on this thread yet. Fam has got me worked today, but I WILL post and represent when I get back from the 1,222,234,000 things my wife is making me do today.
