If not DC how about a gathering in Rochester, NY?
I have noticed over the years that there seems to be quite a few members here from Rochester. That's my home town, but I live in the DC area now. I still get up there a few times/year so if someone wants to plan something in the Summer, I'm down for it.
No offense but I suck at negotiating, so rule of thumb: When dealing with me just assume the price is firm unless I say "OBO".

I'm down for a DC ride this summer go there often. It was just named one of the most bike friendly cities this past year. You could have a nice ride there lots of sites and good places to eat and drink.

lol. we've tried it's tough, kids and work! we were going to do a Charlotte ride, cruise up Lake Ave, hit the beach (yuck), pier and get some food. when will you be up again?

I know I'll be up the weekend in mid July when Iron Maiden is at Darien Lake. My dad lives off Lake Ave. near Charlotte so that would be ideal.

i know i wanted to go to that show! Kevin (gsxr141) lives off lake near charlotte. always talked about meeting there and riding up. let me know if you're serious, i'll send a note to the others.
