90's? cruiser frame custom new school parts
not sure of the year of the frame or for sure the model. 
first bike, never quite looked this nice though.
stripped her down back in the late 70's, ya i'm old!
building hi end carbon fiber stuff for HED

got it ebay from california.

It looks like if the frame is aluminum then its a 97' reactor frame:)
