1978 Gary Littlejohn
1978 Gary Littlejohn
One of the best bikes ever
I bought this bike from a small town bike shop back in the day, I hope I have the year right. I was great friends with John Littlejohn. I would ride over to his shop in the little mall near my house and he would help me work on things. He always talked of his son Gary and how proud he was of him. Gary was a hollywood stuntman in alot of movies and John would talk to me for hours about him. I raced this bike a few times in Northborough Mass and did really well with it. John Littlejohn was the best guy ever I would love to meet gary someday. I think the bike shop where I bought this bike is still in business on Lowell road in Hudson NH, Hetzers bike shop was the best bike shop ever family owned and operated.

John heltzer the owner of the bike shop was the little john team manager. You should stop by he still has the team cruiser john gave him back in the day and a few other pieces of eye candy. Owe and nice bike. I picked up one of johns factory riders bikes a while back it is a keeper.
John Hetzer has two bike shops. he is also a member here. check out his bike http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=100665
