There is a trial membership available if I'm not mistaken. Its minimal compared to what it costs to do anything fun nowadays.

Registration starts at 10:00 AM; racing begins at noon; track is also open for practice for one hour after the last main.

My boys were asking about your son the other day.
This would b a great way to get together.
My little guy has been buging me all summer to start racing.
We had no time with all the other stuff they do, so this is perfect.
I have to get a helmet for him.

I spoke with Betty Mulligan over the weekend. Weather permitting. November 20th regular race day. We'll be setting up along side the starting gate, where you first enter the fenced area of the track. On the right hand side. This way you will be able to display your rides and parts. And watch the races at the same time.

We can coordinate a vintage moto depending on how many show up. I'm in Maybe we could do a race similar to Pinks all out
