Nice bikes . . . you've got a sweet collection there ![]()
I can't remember the total cost to build the FST now . . . it was expensive so I'd rather try to forget . . . ![]()
I've just finished an '84 Pro Performer and another Quad . . . I'll post some more pics soon
Thanks again

Re: 1987 Haro FST
That FST is actually from 1987 or later. The 1986 and before ones do not have built in frame standers on the rear dropouts.Nice bike though. If you look at the serial number it will also help verify that it is NOT from 1985.

Re: 1987 Haro FST
Sonic ... are the rear stays chrome or painted. Your F+F is Sept '86, build #2769. If the rear end is painted it's an FST
I see you're in Kent (UK) ... you must be living a stone throw away from me ![]()

Re: 1987 Haro FST
That's a nice build. Must be one of the f/fs from Skatepool or Alans.
It reminds me of the rider I built for my son last year.

Re: 1987 Haro FST
Ok one thing, The FST and FSX from 87-88 have the wrap around head tube gusset. Your FST does not, couple that with the framestanders on the rear and the serial # and you are the proud owner of an 86 Sport. Dunno where the paint came from though

Re: 1987 Haro FST
its def. an fst its one of the first productions for 87 with the later 86 serial number they didnt event have the fork decals straightend out yet. Nice cant wait to see mine. Mixed bag of tricks, they did this with the masters using some of the last 85 frames for the early 86 production year. Phasing out old frames. I have a red and a blue set. Nice and this could be a realy rare set because of the rear frame standers and no wrap around head tube gusset. 85 had neither so .....

Re: 1987 Haro FST
Thats a nice Haro FST !
I am about to start restoring, what I think is an 1987 FST.
Its original at present, & has the rear stand on the frame
Did you get new FST decals for your FST ?.. If so where from ?..
I haven't been able to track any FST decals down. Don't really want to put something like Sport decals on, cause its not a Sport

Re: 1987 Haro FST
I have what i think is a 87 fst, it has the standers on rear drop outs and gusset on headstem. Is this the only way to tell what it is? What is the difference between the sport and the fst. ( i think mine is a fst fsx?) will try post pics soon! ![]()
