1976 JMC XP-3

(prototype)

Jody cagle had this bike long enough for me ot get some shots.

This is one of the original JMC frames ever.
Included is a shot of the tiny version, showing the seat tube juncture..

Re: 1976 JMC XP-3

i really like jmc frames- they have a racy, sleek look- very cool!

"You don't seem to want to accept the fact you're dealing with an expert in guerrilla warfare, with a man who's the best, with guns, with knives, with his bare hands. A man who's been trained to ignore pain, ignore weather, to live off the land, to eat things that would make a billy goat puke. In Vietnam his job was to dispose of enemy personnel. To kill!"

Re: 1976 JMC XP-3

Awesome f/f. I worked at rons with a man named mike martin. His son rode for JMC. He had a custom 16" pit bike that Jim made for his son. JMC was the only bike he loved more than ELF.

BMX MUSEUM is not a contest to see who has more bmx knowledge. It's a place to share it.

So did JMC or Gary Turner come up with the top tube going past the center post?

Re: 1976 JMC XP-3

Awesome f/f JMC Racing has one of the coolest looking frames ever. I lived in Glendora CA and raced at the Azusa track. All the BMX dudes at my school wanted a JMC. I remember being in the 4Th grade when a kid in the 5Th grade rode a JMC to school. It was white with 20x1 3/8 rims 3PC cranks all polished out like chrome. Me and guys would just stare at it and dream of riding it at the track. Me and one other kid had Webco's, mine was black and his nickle and two others rode old Mongooses. Our bikes were tanks compared to that JMC.  That bike was super super lite.

I don't know what I'd do if anything ever happened to my girlfriend. But first, I'd
probably burn my clothes....
I'm wasting my time trying to come come up with a good quote, so, out of anger, I'm going to waste your time by having you read this one.... Mr T pities the emos, thats why they're sad...
