!00% Original yet due for a makeover
I had always kept my eye out for one of these after seeing so many nice Master cloans here on the Museum. I happened to rescue this one from the local bike project. They send all "child bikes" in sea-land containers and ship them to third world countries. I was seriously happy about the knee savers as well. I'll clean it up for now but I plan to send it to Chip with my '87 sport. The hardest part will be deciding which year to replicate. There are some really nice retros here to gain inspiration from. Feel free to give me your opinions on what you think would look cool. 
Cool, a new bike. Wait a minute.......where am I going to hide this one. She's going to catch me for sure!!!

i agree, leave it alone. find the missing pieces and leave it. if you're going to send something to Chip for a resto find one that's in worse shape.

I hear ya both. It is really clean. I've cleaned and polished it up but left it as is. I'm going to leave it stock for now and keep looking. It would be a shame to retro an almost cherry example. Besides, you can never go back to OG survivor!

I have two blue ones. The first one is in great shape and staying stock. The second one I found is in bad shape, so it is going to become an 85 retro in purple.
