This is my 16" VDC Pit Bike. Just put it back together and love spinning it around town.....
I rode for VDC back in the early 80's. My Dad ran the track here in Austin for 10+ years and we had a sponsorship through a local small bike shop off South Lamar. I still have a 20" short and pit, including my VDC leathers and jersey. The VDC pit has the sweet bent handled powerlite bars and a set of original skyway tuffs. Put a hack on the side and ride Leslie around in it!! That'll for sure get some attention! (Leslie reference=for sure way knowing person lived in Austin!!)
